| Labyrinth
Garden Reno, Nevada Rancho San Rafael Park Retained by Rancho San Rafael to create an entrance sign to the the Labyrinth Garden at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum, within Rancho San Rafael Park. This garden was initiated by the Attorney General's Office, and is dedicated to victims of violent crime in our community and their loved ones. |
Rainbow Ridge Reno, Nevada City of Reno Parks and Recreation Design and installation of interpretive wayside exhibits along the interpretive trail. Located along Rainbow Creek between Simons Drive and Mae Anne Avenue in North West Reno, just north of Rainbow Ridge Park. The Trail was installed and is maintained by City of Reno Parks and Recration. Interpretive Gardens created and installed four wayside exhibits relating to the year-round creeks including native plants, birds, geology, and mining, along with other themes. |

| Irwin Overlook Reno, Nevada Rancho San Rafael The Irwin Overlook is located inside the Rancho San Rafael Regional Park. The theme of the interpretive exhibits are the surrounding mountain. Come take a walk through the arboretum to the Irwin overlook and learn about the Virginia Range, Slide Mountain/Mt. Rose, Carson Range and the Sierra Nevada, Crystal Peak, and Peavine Mountain. |
Sky Country Park Reno, Nevada Centex Homes and City of Reno Design-build of this neighborhood park. The interpretation was limited to one sign that explains "A New Approach Where Tradition Meets Nature". |

| McQueen High School Bioregional Outdoor Classroom Reno, Nevada McQueen High School At McQueen High School we developed the master planed and helped build the garden with student participation. The entrance exhibit describes each bioregion and includes a site map. |
Mayberry Park Property adjoining Washoe County Mayberry Park and Interpretive Gardens/Pinyon Design studio. A buffalo grass/blue grama grassy area with a small stage currently under construction. A wayside exhibit on the trail that follows the river from Mayberry Park. |

Swan Lake Nature Study Area Working with the above contracting agencies and the Nevada Division of Wildlife, Washoe County School District, Nevada Military and City of Reno, developed an interpretive master plan and management plan. Plan includes trails, outdoor classrooms, boardwalks, observation tower, entry interpretive exhibits and wayside exhibits. |
Oxbow Nature Study Area Reno, Nevada City of Reno Department of Parks and Recreation Master plan, site plan, three phases of planning and construction documents and construction administration. Areas include inside orientation displays, interactive computer model as well as interpretive trails and nodes throughout the park and along the Truckee River. |

UNR North Campus Beautification This part of the campus serves as the location of the Medical School, public television station KNPB-TV, and the University's Service Center. The rest is a collection of parking lots. The Buildings and Grounds people at the University recognized that it was in need of beautification. We're pleased they called on Interpretive Gardens, Inc. to do the job. |

Truckee Meadows Community College Master Plan In association with an architectural consultant, developed the site plan for a major campus expansion to be developed over a two-year period. |
Angela Dandini Garden & Amphitheater A cooperative site planning project for development of land between the two institutions. Project included locating a native garden, interpreting the surrounding landscape and siting an amphitheater with breathtaking views into the Truckee Meadows. |

WEL Garden Prepared the interpretive elements of a master plan for the WEL (Water-Efficient Landscape) Garden. Worked in association with the Community Assistance Program of the Central Valley Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Visitor pathways to individual theme gardens were restricted to one way in/out to better coordinate wayside exhibits and maps with garden features. The interpretive report includes a summary of potential interpretive methods that are all self-guided. |

Tom Sawyer Village-Lawn Replacement Project Tom Sawyer Village is a complex of homes for seniors. Our objective here was to eliminate a high-maintenance, thirsty lawn and replace it with a setting that would provide beauty and utility at low cost. The result is a combination of shrubs, decorative grasses, and flowers, designed around benches and pathways that provide an outdoor living environment for the residents.
