Tom Sawyer Village:
Lawn Replacement Project

Image: Front view of home

Image: Bench and flowers Tom Sawyer Village is a complex of homes for seniors. Our objective here was to eliminate a high-maintenance, thirsty lawn and replace it with a setting that would provide beauty and utility at low cost. The result is a combination of shrubs, decorative grasses, and flowers, designed around benches and pathways that provide an outdoor living environment for the residents.

Other lawn replacement projects we've completed in Reno include homes at

  • 65 Livermore, North off Mayberry Drive West Canyon Drive
  • 735 West 12th, in Northwest Reno off Washington
  • 2738 Chavez, in Donner Springs off South McCarran Boulevard
  • 3790 West Hidden Valley Drive, in the Hidden Valley neighborhood.

In viewing these, please respect the privacy of the homeowners: look only from the street or sidewalk! Thanks.
